I login (correctly) to my account online and then it asks me to *add* a
number. Grrr!
The url is
https://services.orange.co.uk/reg/Re...and=addaccount
Was thinking that once logged in I could just past the "correct" one and
then view account. Tried changing "addaccount" to "viewaccount" but got
an:
"Sorry. Unfortunately we are currently experiencing a technical problem.
Orange are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it. Please
try again later." error message.
Anyone know what the URL is to view your account info?
Thanks

Working fine here. www.orange.co.uk then hit sign-in / register just
below YOUR ACCOUNT on the right hand side, enter mobile number and
password then press enter. Job done.

You're *really* fortunate!
I do what you say and get:
"enter mobile number
Before you begin adding a new account to manage online please
enter a mobile number on the account you want to add."
I don't want to *add*, I want to login! This has been like this for many
months!!!! Grrrrr!

You may have been dumped back to this screen because Orange have tightened
security requirements - I seem to remember having to enter a stronger
password.
Have you tried entering your mobile number, which should cause the security
code to be texted to you?
Benedict.

Once I login from there with my Otange # and password I can click on
Details and it shows my number and other info. But if I click on "Your
Account" (want to see my remaining minutes/download bill etc.) I get the
Add screen (again...ho hum!)
Still no joy!
