I wouldn't know, my 3 6310i's have it, never looked at a later phone than
these, strange, eh..?!

No, they still have it, but it relies on the network operator or the
user of the phone to store the number in the SIM own number field first.
Orange do.

My Motorola V545, on Orange, displays "my number 079xx xxxxxx " for
about 3 seconds when powered on - it's actually a bit tedious now
