Yes, Virgin, easyMobile, Fresh and M&S (some others too, though my brain
ain't working at the moment, so can't remember) SIMs will work in T-Mobile
locked phones.

Yes, T Mobile don't GID1 Sim lock their phones,
unlike Virgin
