Tmobile I would guess as Fresh (their other offering) does.

TalkTalk mobile is just the new name for Fresh (Carphone Warehouse's
mobile virtual network operator [MVNO]). To the best of my knowledge,
Fresh traffic is (still) carried by the T-Mobile network.
