Anyone know what's happening with the Nokia N92 or N80, when will they
be available?
Also, any chance of any mobile phone manufacturer implementing "phone"
switch off option, so that the phone functions can be switched off, but
allowing the rest of say it's calendar/office/multimedia functions to be
available? Just thinking it would be a great idea in a hospital.
With phones like the N92 on the horizon....

All series 60 mobile either have a built-in flight mode or can be put in
flight mode using this third party application from Psiloc:

Yeah. Didn't realise there was an offline mode.
I also understand Nokia have announced an N72.
I must say though, I like the look of the N73.

All these new handsets. Where are they in the UK?
No doubt Orange will bastardise the firmware, T-Mobile will be last of
all, O2 will have theirs out after Orange without modifications, and
Vodafone will have no information until release.

SonyEricsson W-series walkman phones can do this, as well as most
symbian-based Nokias, Ericsson P-Series symbian phones, windows mobile
and pocket PC devices.
