Simon, thanks for the reply. I am not really interested in using the device
for wireless data as such, and I have zero interest in
3G. I will use the
WiFi, but that will be almost exclusively at home for a few things (I fancy
trying Skype out on it). I'm really looking for something to take over the
roles currently served by my SPV C500 and Axim X5. I use the
PDA mainly for
GPS/SatNav and both the
PDA and phone as personal organisers linked up with
Outlook on my PC. I like the SPV/Windows mobile platform, so want to stick
with it, and the M600 seems ideal for what I want. If the cost wasn't so
high, I'd also look at the JasJar/M5000.
I've also since found that O2 are planning their own version of the M600
called the XDA Neo, just can't seem to find when it's due to be released.
