I got a PAC code from BT Mobile 'support' line by phone and transferred to a
Vodaphone PAYG sim. I did this by caling Vodaphone (number off web site)
with the PAC. It was free and they sent me a free SIM.

But my contract term had expired - has yours? (I absolutely understand you
wanting to get off BT Mobile! What a farce....)

I just did to get a PAC Number .Couldn't have been easier and the guy gave me it

My 12 months will expire in early June so I wish to give them a
month's notice.

Hi 'Me'; I found the termination procedures *very* strange - they informed
me that no 30 day notice was required, and I could call on the expiry day
and cancel! I didn't believe them, but sure enough it worked. Perhaps has
changed since 4 months ago, but I doubt it.
