Samsung S300: Deleting all Contacts and Messages

With a Smasung S300 is is possible to remove all the contacts
information and text messages in one go, without having to go over each
on individually? I'm trying to reset the phone to blank.

Thanks, I've found an online manual for the S300 here
(http://www.roadpost.com/help/userguides.asp) but no mention of it, I
guess that I'm just going to have to go though it all and delete them
one by one.
