Just lately I've started to experience a lot of 'error in connection' when
trying to call out an people trying to contact me have been unable to,
getting the message that my phone is switched off. I've been in touch with
vodaphone about this problem an they sent me a replacement handset an
battery only for the problem to still be there.. When I phoned vodaphone
again to tell them this I was told that they would arrange for another phone
to be sent out to me... after speaking to 3 different vodaphone staff the
final one said that it might be to do with my
3G an that I should switch the
phone to
GSM switching off the
3G capabilities.. Now I'm paying a fairly
expensive monthly charge for a state of the art (when I got it 8months ago)
3G phone which now doesn't function as a
3G phone..They have stated
categorically that they will not send me a new phone as a 30 day time limit
has expired... Is this a common thing..an how do I stand in a customer
rights capacity.. seems really crap to be honest.. phone aint doing what I'm
paying £40+ a month for it to do..
