Does anybody know what's going on at O2?

I received a letter saying they are moving to a new billing system and I
might see a "First Payment" comment on my bank statement.

The new bill doesn't show my carry forward minutes/texts.

I've just had a text from O2 stating that my O2 Treat is coming to an end
and I should ring 2211 to chose another, so I ring 2211 and the automated
message tells me I need to ring Customer Services AND change tariff to get
    anymore O2 Treats?

On further investigation I've just looked on the O2 website and for the
tariff I'm on (O2 200) the 3 month carryover of minutes is no longer
available but you get 100 texts instead of the 50 I used to get. Is this why
they want me to move tariff?

    Thanks

It is probably a trick to get you to change T&C. Ask for their [full] offer
    in writing.

Do NOT try and do it on the phone and ESPECIALLY if they phone you.
