Once i my orange upgrade arives in the post is there a cooling off period
where i can
say i dont wish to keep the upgrade/extend the contract?

if over done over fone, its 7 days as its a upgrade(unlike 14 days for a new
set up). if done in a orange shop, no days.

It was over the phone. So i can still cancel it/try to get a better offer on
my contract?

Is it 7 calendar days or 7 working days? I thought it was the former
but last time I tried a handset O suggested it was the latter...

My new contract says within seven working days of receipt of the
phone.
