Nokia 7360 & web access

I have a new Nokia 7368 mobile with an O2 PAYG sim.

O2 refuse to help with setting up web access to this phone ( as they do not
sell this phone) how short-sighted can they get????

Nokia have sent a setup to the mobile from their web page - but still no
joy.

2 error messages on web access are : connection not available and packet
data connection not available

Any help is very much appreciated

SOunds like you don't have GPRS on your SIM. O2 can fix this for you.
