Does Line2 still exist on Orange?
I'm only really after Line2 for incoming calls, and the occassional outgoing
call - what's the cheapest this would cost me? Not sure if I can sure OVP

You can have Line 2 on any old talk plan, with the exception of the Animal
Tariffs, the Line 2 service plan cannot be an OVP plan. It can be a Core
Plan though.

Yes it does still exist, cheapest tariff you could put on it now would
be "core plan 19" which would be £14 per month with 50 inclusive minutes
to use up.
