Mobile Rainbow

Has anyone actually been successful in receiving cashback from Mobile
Rainbow yet?

I sent in a claim several weeks ago, and whenever I call them their
staff in India just say "sorry for the delay, your claim is still being
processed by our cashback depatment". You can't talk to the "cashback
department" of course. I've threatened them with a formal complaint if
it doesn't come through soon.

interested to know if anyone else has had more luck with this company.

On the face of it they're no more dodgy than half the other phone
companies out there. We'll see what happens when I get Trading
Standards and Watchdog etc onto them
