Any networks still sell contract phones unlocked?

I know O2 and Vodafone used to.

I took delivery of a K750i from O2 about 6-weeks ago and my Orange sim
works in the phone no problem. The same isn't ture of Orange though.

Except the Nokia 6280 on Orange is currently generic GSM stock, which is
unlocked.

I got the same phone from - argh, can't even remember who it was! -
about a month ago, on an Orange contract, and the phone is unlocked.
I was pleasantly surprised :-)
