There is a biggish legit mobile phone company based in Swansea - forget
their name. There was also a scandal a few years back with some dodgy
company set up re mobile phones that, if I recall correctly, went bankrupt
owing large sums of money and leaving loads of people out of work. Again,
forget the name. Perhaps it is worth ringing Swansea City Council's Trade
Description's department and asking a few questions.
