It is always at the top of the phone (to get clear of your hand) and
is usually a patch antenna - a metallised coating on a plastic
moulding or, less often, a PCB antenna. They don't look much like a
conventional antenna, for example look at

these are Nokia but the Siemens will probably be similar.
