How big does a mem card have to be to install TOM TOM mobile on it?

You don't need to buy a memory card to put tom tom onto. The tom tom
mobile box contains a memory card with the software on it

It'll fit on a 256MB card, but given the price of memory cards at the moment
I'd be inclined to get the biggest you can afford.
