    Is anyone else experiencing this?

After sending a text from my phone using O2, I *ALWAYS* got a message back
    giving my new/current balance.

Now for the last 3/4 days, nothing.

Just wondering if O2 have changed something (for the better I hasten to add)
but not sure if others are having the same?

    Cheers,

    Kevin Brock

To get your current airtime balance, you enter *#10# and call it. Your
balance should be displayed on screen within a few seconds.

To get any Bolt-On balances or your remaining free monthly allowance
(if you have one), you can text BALANCE to 20202. You should receive a
message back within a few seconds/minutes, although I've found this can
    take longer.

You can also call 4444 free to hear your airtime balance and your
remaining allowances/Bolt-Ons. On the menu, select option 2 twice to
    hear these.

I haven't had any problems with this, apart from the fact sometimes
texting for your free monthly allowance/Bolt-Ons can take a while to
    get an answer.

I had mine turned off by O2 some time ago - got fed up of my phone
    beeping (happens with Nokia)

It's called 'notification' if you want to ring them and get rid of it
    for good.
