YEs, t-mobile have their own network, and lease capacity to other
"virtual" operators like Virgin.
O2 lease capacity to Tesco mobile.
Three have their own network, but also use capacity from O2 (soon to
move to Orange) where there is no "3" coverage available. | | | |

Comminications. One of the first operators in the UK in the 80's when

IIRC, there are in fact only FIVE UK carriers. Vodafone, Orange,

Vodafone and Cellnet had a fairly big head start, and I think you will
