M5000 and a laptop, can I use orange 3g/gprs to get my emails etc on the laptop?

I am going on holiday, can I use the M5000/MDA Pro in order to connect
and download data or do I have to use the M5000 as a modem and get a
dial up account somewhere?

Basically I want to use the M5000 as a 3G data card.

Is this possible?
