I am looking for an 0845 number to be forwarded to a mobile, any
recommendations?
Looked at a few providers via google but find it hard to gage who would be
both reliable and economical.

Thanks, can't see any details on forwarding an 0845 number to a mobile on
there website though.

Download the document on IN services - that is the service we use to
route 0800 and 0845 numbers to landlines and mobiles.

I have used www.call08.com and found them to be reliable.

Interesting service - at £9.95 plus VAT a month. At least COLT is free
of monthly rental and the delivery charge is 16p per minute to a UK
mobile (based on our usage, which is low).

Unfortunately COLT do not provide the 0845 forwarding as a stand alone

I recommend that you have a look at Voipfone - http://www.voipfone.co.uk/

They can provide an 0845 number for £1.99 a month, and forwarding to a
mobile costs from 8.4p a minute depending on the network.

Voipfone is a voice over internet service, but it can also divert to any
other phone when no internet phone is available.

Why? A geographical number that forwarded to a mobile would cost
callers less, and cost you no more. An 0800 number that forwarded to a
mobile is not a lot more (but might encourage too many calls)

I'd suggest a voip number from www.voip.co.uk that forwards all calls
to your mobile. No standing charge, 15p/10p/5p per minute
(day/eve/weekend). You can change it On t he web page to forward to
any other number whenever you like.

I forgot to add that they do geographical number for most places, but
also do 0845 and 0870 if you must.
