Only on O2 high street contracts.
If you want to regularly call 0845s etc on PAYG why not route them
through 18185. They have a standard geographic number.
Charges: 0845s 3/3/1 and for 0870 4/4/2 (peak/Eve/weeekend)
(4p connection charge)
