Buying a Netherlands SIM

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy a Duthc PAYG sim online, for
delivery to me here in the UK?

I know they're easy to buy in shops over there, but I'd like to be able
to give poeple the NL phone number a week or two before I travel.

why must call you via NL phone number??

I doubt that you can get one delivered, but the cheapest ones for
