I have had many problems with my phone (Motorola v3x), and taken it into a
Vodafone shop several times. It has been sent off for repair (software
upgrade) which fixed some problems but still some remain.
I have arranged to have a new phone however this is a "reconditioned" phone.
Has anyone had any experiences with these phones. Do they work???
I asked if I could have a new "new" phone but the cs woman said no. Am I
entitled to have a new phone? (initially bought last December). If the
reconditioned phone is not working properly can I request another? or can I
cancel my contract? (probably not, but anyone know if it is possible)
Thanks

It will have been reconditioned to the point where it's as good if not
better than a brand new phone. You certainly should not be able to tell.

Re: Vodafone Reconditioned Phones
I've had reconditioned phones from both O2 and Voda - like Jon says they are
repackaged to the point where you cannot tell they are not new.
"Reconditioned" or "refurbished" should not mean "las user's fingerprints
wiped off with an oily rag" if that's what you're afraid of.
