Any date for K800i on T-Mobile?

Hi

I was wondering if anyone has some inside info as to when the SE K800i
is likely to appear on T-Mobile? I've e-mailed them a couple of times
but all they've been able to do is confirm that it WILL appear on their
network, but they're not giving a date, just saying "keep checking the
website".

I popped into my local CPW store today when passing and they said
they've got the stock code listed on their system but no inventory
currently in stock.

Thanks for any info (waiting for it to come out so I can switch from
Orange to T-Mob and get WnW Pro!)

T-mob phoned me & told me it will be available on Wednesday 26 July
Delay has been due to buggy firmware apparently.

That's good to hear - many thanks. What's the betting it's more due to
them taking the time to wreck (sorry, I mean 'customise'!) the SE
software? I'll be planning to flash it to debrand it anyway

The phone had an initial software problem and was sent back. The phone
has been updated by Sony Ericsson and will be out this week, the
delivery being received though is a different matter.

I have a bog standard K700i as a company phone. SE needed no help from
anyone in making buggy firmware. And the supplied PC software just did
not work at all - I had to use float's mobile agent instead.

I see it's now appeared on the T-Mobile UK website. Just waiting for
e2save or someone similar to pick it up so I can get a better deal
