If I am having trouble dialing a specific number from my Orange phone
so I thought I would call 100. Trouble is, 100 is now an automated
message saying "The number you have dialled has not been recognised".
All other numbers I have tried seem to work appart from this one and
the operator.

The dumb people I got through to on 150 are convinced it's the handset
at fault and that I should pay for emergency insurance for a
replacement and say they aren't aware of what operator services is -
despite it being listed in the manual and on the website.
