Call Barring and network recommendation

I currently have a Nokia 6020 mobile phone on Vodafone PAYG. It would
appear that Vodafone's PAYG doesn't offer a call barring option,
although maybe call barring is something that is a function on your
phone? I'd also like to not have to pay extra for the call barring -
for it to be part of the service provided by the network so can anyone
tell me what a good network is allround and also offers call barring?
I don't really use my phone alot and I don't text that often...........

vodafone PAYG has call barring free. Baring code is 1919 if not changed.
