The auction's been pulled by eBay, eBay have a rule that says
"The listing title may not contain any specific brand names or keywords
unless the listing is offering the item in question."

However they can't (be bothered to?) keep up 90% of the time; just
search for PSP and see how many rubbish listings you get for police
auctions etc.

eBay need to put a button on each auction for reporting abuse, their
current reporting method starts here

and takes a bit of working through but it's worth the effort.
