I work for Vodafone and there is a known issue with the PAYT top up and
balance service at the moment. I'm sorry you've been unable to get in
touch via phone to customer services. I'd suggest if you go to
www.vodafone.co.uk, go to the 'contact us' option, then email. If you
include the following information:
- Mobile Number
- Location & Post Code
- Error Message
Please also put the code FIT135 in the main body of the email so its
routed to the most suitable advisor.
One of our email team will be able to log your details against the
fault reference number for further investigation. It may also be
helpful to include this fault number in your email: 527971746
Although this fault appears to be resolved, the above information will
allow Vodafone to investigate further as this issue is still affecting
some customers.
