When can I leave orange

I'm nearing completion of my orange 2 year contract, it states that I can
leave without penalty 3 months from end date. End date is 24th Dec therefore
leave date would be 24th of sept. My question is can I give them 1 months
notice that I will be leaving i.e. tell Orange on 24th Aug that I will be
terminating my contract as of 24th Sept. I wish to terminate as soon as
possible ?

You may be able to upgrade 3 months early but you won't be able to leave
early.

Your best solution here may be to downgrade to the lowest tariff
possible asap - this will then be applied to your Aug 24th bill.

If you need to port the number, you can then ring up after Aug 24th to
get a buyout price (you'll get a PAC immediately after you've paid); if
you don't need to port, just let it run it's course.
