I think it is to do with faulty PAC transfer rather than anything to do
with handset unlocking.
Just put another T-Mob
sim in the phone and also the same
sim in
another phone to confirm the above.
I am grappling with the same problem. I transferred from O2 to Orange
payg. Outgoing calls work ok but incoming do not work (they work
sometimes if calling from another Orange no). I took it up with Orange
CS but she said she could not help me (as it worked when she called my
phone).
