Virgin mobile complaint e-mail address?

Hi,

Does anyone know the VM's complaints e-mail address?. There is nothing
on their "COMPLAINTS POLICY" page
(http://www.virginmobile.com/vm/gener...y.footer.sm205)

I sent an e-mail to the customer services and still no reply after 36
hours.

just call them up, their customer service is pretty good!

The only email address I know is [email protected] - typically
about 3 days to reply.
