It is a network function so is independent of the phone. For a contract
phone, first, dial *#104# and make a note of the number that comes up.
That is your mailbox. Then dial **61*+xxxxxxxxx*10*yy# (xxxxxxx being
your mailbox number and yy being the length of delay from 5 to 30
seconds).

I couldn't tell you which phone I was using when accessing that information
but I do know that I have used it a few times, not recently though.
Am on Orange.

As it's a Nokia, you should also be ableto do this through the UI.
If you go to Tools => Setings => Call Divert Settings => Voice Calls, the is
the setting for If not answered. Select 'Activate', then 'To voice mailbox'
and then choose the delay from 5 up to 30 seconds.
That should work the same as the *61 method.
If you use the check status option, you can also see what the current
settings and delay factors are.

I just tried that for my company phone (a sony erricson 750i on
T-mobile) and it said "command error".
I have called support to ask them to do it, but since it is a company
phone handled through umpteen layers of contracts and redirection I
never get anywhere. | | | |

No, fixing his bloody clock would be a far better start.

This'll fix it. Go to the clock on your screen, usually at the bottom right
of the task-bar, and right click it, select 'adjust date/time'. | | | |
