Cheap second number to use call divert with?

What is the cheapest way to have a second mobile number for incoming calls?
At the moment I have an O2 monthly contract and a Vodafone PAYG, I could divert
all the Vodafone PAYG calls to my O2 number, but once my PAYG credit runs out
won't I get cut off? anybody got any better ideas?

No you could not. Call divert is not available with PAYG.

You could set up a geographic number with a voip provider and divert that to
the mobile.

Voiptalk has free sign up with £2 credit at the moment and you would be able
to set up the divert via the website.

The calls diverted to Voda will cost you 12.5ppm. Your callers would also
have the benefit of calling a local number rather than a mobile.
