O2: My Europe Rates here to stay

Just got a text stating -

O2: Great news: My Europe rates are here to stay, so you can always call
home when in most of Europe for 35ppm.

So I assume that the promotion has been made permanent to extend past 30th
September 2006?

A few months ago, some O2 networks announced that they would abolish
incoming roaming fees for some customers, so I', waiting for a bit
more.

I noticed that Vodafone Passport (UK) extended its available country
list, and now has coverage in the whole EU.
