Orange PM - PAYG

I am on an 18 Month Contract with Orange, they said I can upgrade 3 months
in advance of my 18 months, Does this include transferring to Orange PAYG or
do I have to wait unit the 18 Months is up?

You can upgrade (ie. extend contract) in month 15.

You can transfer to PAYG in month 17 (ie. 30 days notice of termination
of service).

You're bound to an 18 month contract, Orange just allow you to extend
that contract early. They're not allowing you to get out of it early.
