Hello
Locked on three
I have had a serch and found links on ebay for a couple of quiq but one has
a negative feedback as it does not work with the v3x although the seller
says it does.
I already have the USB cable, can it be done, and does anyone have some
links??
Thanks in advance.

You will need to use test points to unlock it - if you don't know what they
are then don't attempt it!
You would be better off just taking it to a shop to arrange someone to do it
for you for £10-15

Yes I know about test points, this will involve opening the phone.

Yep, not fun on the Razr series of handsets.

It's still a TP job for them as well.
