Orange Text Message Delivery Report Charges?

Hi, I have just transferred to Orange contract after being on Vodafone for 6
or 7 years, and have just received my first bill, and it seems they charge
for delivery reports from texts?
Does anyone know how long they have been doing this or does anyone else have
this problem?
I am certain Vodafone never charged for this.
The amount shown on my bill is 0.009 UKP, i.e. just under 1p, but still if I
use all of my 75 texts in a month that is 75p.
Maybe I should just turn off delivery reports.

They started charging some animal tarrifs for delivery reports as of a
couple of months ago. Load of ****, eh?
