Orange MMS messages to India

Can anyone confirm whether it's possible to send MMS messages to India?
I've got friends holidaying in the subcontinent at the moment and
thought I'd take advantage of the festive season there by sending them
MMS greetings via Orange.

Get them to pop into the Orange call centre over there and ask

Provided they're roaming on a network that supports it, they should
receive them fine.
