I just got an Ericsson KI800 from Car Phone Warehouse in Sheffield on a
    $35/month contract with a £105 redemption over a year. E2Save have a
deal on the web for the same phone on the same contract but with a
£264 redemption over a year. Can I return the phone to CPW and take
the E2save deal? Is there a cooling off period for mobile phone
    contracts in the UK?

Hmmmmmm........looks like the cooling off period relates to distance
selling only. Should have bought over the web. Damn!

The ESave deal is clearance stock. It's all becoming clearer.

Theres no harm in popping back to Carphone warehouse and asking
    though, is there ?
The worst that'll happen is they'll say no, afterall.

Although I must say I took out a deal with OSPS (also part of CPW group)
for a clearance K800i and it looked brand new - I think most of their
clearance stock is in pretty good nick but it's always a risk you take
    with it I guess.
