Dunno what they're smoking but they've p***ed off a friend enough to
make them leave (problems receiving texts) and they've started on me!
After trying to charge me £57 for £23 worth of calls last month,and
promising, after an hour on the phone, that the rest will be removed
and will "definitely not show up next month" that's exactly what's
happened. Although it's not that simple - the bill simply does not
make sense whichever way you look at it.
I'm sure they'll phone be back tomorrow as promised and sort it out.
