I spoke to soon about not having any problems with Three!
Looked at My3 Recent Charges and I've been hit with a charge for £68.89,
called them up and they don't know what it is? I have X-Series Silver so
everything should be included.
I checked my account yesterday and it was £0.00, so god knows what the
charge is for?
Is there anyone else on three who has extra charges on their account today?

Nope, my first bill was issued today at £27.50 which is exactly what I
was expecting. Let us know what happens, be interesting to find out what
the charge is for.

I'm very interested to know as well!
Also notice my 3G connection is utter crap today, must be the weather.

Re: My3 Recent Charges
I purchased an X-Series too but without add-on, then I subscribed to
add-on later.
(Just so I can cancel add-on any time later, if you take it up with
contract you will have to keep it for 6 months at least.)
When I was looking for terms it said
"Some websites (including adult websites) are not available."
Now I dont know how they define "some websites", and what is their
criteria of "adult website".
You might be stung by that clause.
Call and confirm, then let us know as well please.

Re: My3 Recent Charges
Called Three all bl00dy Thursday & Friday and was told it was for exceeding
my 1GB limit I have been charged per MB over the limit.
1. I have in no way exceeded the 1GB limit, my mobile data usage and threes
website mobile usage both show about 600MB.
2. It states on three's website that the 1GB is a fair usage limit and not
capped. It also says if you go over the limit one month they will not
charge unless it is excessive.
3. There was a power outage at Three on Wednesday because of the severe
weather and they had to reboot their IT systems.
I've been on a few mobile phone forums over the weekend and there seems to
be a few people in the same boat as me, they have had recent charges since
Wednesday as well, so fingers crossed it will get sorted out when my bill
comes in on the 28th Jan???????
PS: Don't do p0rn on the mobile, you just can't get the resolution you can
on a 19" monitor!!! Ha-Ha )

Maybe it was my email to the register that got 3 off their backside to do
something about this. Day after I sent the email my3 recent charges changed
to £0.00.
Also gave 3 a call to sort out what is def of 1GB data usage and was advised
it was any data through the 3 Connection, I did ask if I can use any
application on my phone apart from the 3 standard ones and was told yes, I
also gave examples of applications I was going to use on my phone like
MiniOpera, Internet Radio, Sky By Mobile and was told not a problem. Just to
be on the safe side I recorded the call.
