It's a bug in firmware versions below v05.92, you'll have to take it
to a service centre to be upgraded if you want it fixed.

Latest version for most variants is now v06.10, to check your current
firmware version key *#0000#

I have found that the later firmware versions totally transform the
6280 personally.
