I have forgotten my cash back claims

Right my hands goes up to having now forgotten my 2nd one in 6 months on
three separate mobile contracts so I can see first hand where the companies
are quids in! Thanks goodness the terms allow me to resume with subsequent
claims as some do not.

So looks like I will be focusing on Three for my next contract with their
half price rental straight off the bill. Thereoretically costs more but in
practice, in my case of failing memory, will be OK.

Ken

Unlucky or lucky depending on how you look at it.

I have my submission dates on marked on my wall planner.

I have been submitting mine via premium rate fax as it works out
cheaper for me than sending using Royal Mail Special Delivery, I don't
trust Recorded Delivery at all.

Unfortunately when I submitted my second set of claims, the company I
am dealing with lost the claim for my second contract, so after a bit
of messing around they accepted the claim when I emailed them proof as
I was not going to resubmit via premium rate fax.

Sam.

Who are you currently with, when it came time to cancel my wifes mobile
contract with O2 (via OSPS cashback deal) I called O2 to cancel and they
matched the deal I was going to take with another network which included
cashback.

Doesn't really work if the cashback ends up with a free 12months contract
right enought, but the wife wanted a new mobile, so renewing with O2 worked
out just the same cost if I'd done the cashback on the newer mobile she
wanted.

I have been doing these cash back deals for a number of years but all with
e2save and never a problem. I even have the dates on my daily check list on
my PC which I look through every day. I must be blind or have seen so often
that I am skipping the reminder note.
Tattoo on my forehead next.

I wish it had been around a while ago when I got a T-Mobile 18 month deal,
for my wife, through Three. But it is with e2save so happy providing I don't
forget my cashback claims!!!!!!!!!!

In what way... dealers going to the wall? Still in business but not
honouring cashbacks for some reason? Just about to embark on one for
SWMBO so am interested if cashback matters are taking a turn for the worse.

Thanks
