I have just got hold of one of these Global roaming SIMs which has an Isle
of Man incoming telephone number. Before purchasing I checked that 07624
was inclusive on O2 contracts so my family could contact me free of charge.
However, the SIM has come with an 07924 number (also allocated to Manx
Telecom), which bizarrely is NOT inclusive on an O2 contract. If 07624 and
07924 are both Manx Telecom and are both band fm1 from landlines, why is one
inclusive and not the other on an O2 contract?
Does anybody know whether 07624 and 07924 numbers are inclusive on calls
from other mobile networks?

There are lots of companies doing roaming SIMs with 07624/07924 numbers (do
a Google search). The particular one I choose was StoryTelecom since it was
the cheapest to buy and gave the best rates.
