When you say FREE web radio streams do you mean ones without a subscription,
cos all radio streams will incur data charges. I've got 3 X-Series so have
1GB of data to use for radio streaming.
If you have realplayer on your mobile you can listen to all the BBC Radio
channels, I've got Radio1, 2 ,4, 6, 7, 1Xtra, Radio Scotland, Jo Whiley's In
Live Music We Trust, Pete Tong's In New Music We Trust, Five Live, Five Live
Sports Extra, Sportsound. Just save the standalone file from the bbc website
to your mobile and play.
I can get Virgin Radio via RealPlayer on my Nokia N73 with:
rtsp://helix1.smgradio.com/encoder/virginradio.rm
rtsp://helix1.smgradio.com/encoder/virginclassic.rm
rtsp://helix1.smgradio.com/encoder/groove.rm

I don't know if the shoutcast streams would be compatible with your
phone/software.
www.shoutcast.com

Got to say that's a killer app for me! Are there any decent shoutcast
websites that I can bookmark? Would be nice to be able to visit a mobile
optimised page where I can browse and listen to internet stations.
