T-Mobile unlock code - how much?

Does anyone know what T-Mobile charge for an Unlock code? Can't find
anything on their web site.

I went to New Zealand in Jan and wanted to take a couple of phones one on NZ
voda card and leave one on my T-mob car, I rang T-mob they quoted me I think
£15, I had a moan and they then did both FOC. Saying that we are on business
account.
