    Hello,

I've found some information on how to get the 3G modem functionality of
the N70 to work with Linux, but there are a few things that it doesn't
have. I'm assuming the dial number is still *99#? But what user and
password should I use? Does it matter? And does it need a CHAP secret?

    Thanks very much!

The username and password are network specific. For orange UK the
username and password can be anything, as long as there's something
    there.

Paul, could you post a link to the info you have? I would love to do this on
FC7 but really don't have a clue where to start or even what to install.

    Thanks Phil

Old protocols never die. They just get migrated over TCP/IP.

There you go. However, there does appear to be at least one error in it
    - a missing double-quote in one of the lines of the connect-chat script.

Let me know how you get on. I've been a little too busy to play with
    this recently.

    TTFN!
