    Certainly imagine there would be a reasonable demand for something like
    that, so if there isn't such a service, someone somewhere is working on
    it...

    When I worked as a consultant for 3 we had such a gateway. It worked
    well and was available to staff and for Business customers. No idea if
    it is currently available.
